Join Nutritionist Jen Casey and moms-to-be in an informative group class about nutritional needs through the stages of pregnancy. Learn about different foods that help with the symptoms of pregnancy, like morning sickness, constipation, energy levels and pregnancy brain. Handouts and a few recipe ideas are included. 

Nourishing Yourself After Childbirth

​Join Nutritionist Jen Casey in an informative group class about how to nourish yourself after baby arrives. Learn about foods that help to balance hormones, boost milk quality and production, foods that nourish your brain (mommy brain is real!), and what you can eat to help rebuild and repair your body after birth. This class is a follow up to the Nutrition Through Pregnancy class and is recommended to take during pregnancy, before baby arrives. Handouts and a few recipe ideas are included. 

Introducing Solids ~ Baby's First Foods

$25, incl gst (max 8 participants)

Join Nutritionist Jen Casey to learn about nutritious foods to introduce at this milestone in baby's life, best way to prepare foods, and learn how to recognize signs of food intolerances. 

Book a 2 hour wellness seminar for your staff. Motivate, encourage workplace wellness and overall health by investing in your company's largest asset: your employees. Sessions are offered as individual classes, or as a series of 7 (with a reduced rate) over the course of a few weeks.

  • Natural Home + Body : recognize common chemicals in your daily skin care and home products, and learn about natural alternatives. Includes some DIY recipes for at home
  • Eating for Glowing Skin: certain foods provide nutrients that help to boost collagen production, reduce inflammation and keep skin glowing from the inside out and  the outside in.  Learn about foods to use on your face, too!
  • Energy In The Workplace: learn about building balanced lunches and snacks to sustain energy throughout the day, discover meal prep ideas to make your mornings a little less stressed, and use movement for energy. 
  • Say No To Sugar: learn why sugar is your enemy. Discover ways to regulate blood sugar to reduce cravings. 
  • Immune Boost: learn about foods and herbs to help strengthen your immune system to reduce sick days at work.

​Holistic Nutrition is a whole body, mind and spirit approach to wellness. When working with a Holistic Nutritionist, we look at your lifestyle as a whole, digging deep to find balance across the body systems and get to the root of your symptoms.

Current dietary habits, physical and emotional symptoms are taken in to account when your wellness plan is created for you. Be prepared to learn about how to create balanced meals, combine foods for optimal health, and make lasting changes to reach your wellness goals.

The Nutrition & Wellness Plan includes 2 appointments that run over the course of a few weeks. First, book in a 30min Initial appointment, where we discuss your intake forms and 7 day diet diary (available online at booking), symptoms, current diet and review your wellness goals. At your next appointment, we meet for 55mins where I present you with a 1 week meal plan, lifestyle and fitness recommendations, recipes and educational information based on your symptoms, treatment and goals.  Additional 30min follow ups are available for booking at $50 each visit.
