This plan will introduce you to a new lifestyle. I will work directly with you to implement good eating habits, meal prep ideas, food combining and nutrition 101 education. Once you have the tools, you will be able to get a grasp on your own wellness.
The plan includes:

  • symptomatology, lifestyle and nutrition intake forms before our initial visit (sent via email)


  • 1 hour initial visit in person (Vancouver only) or via Skype or Facetime to review your concerns, completed intake forms, goals


  • handouts to get you started: food combining, recipes, meal prep tips, blank diet diary


  • fitness and lifestyle recommendations to lead you toward reaching your goals and optimizing your health


  • personalized 1 week meal plan based on results of your nutrition + symptomatology analysis


  • 1/2 hour follow up visit in the second week to review your diet diary, discuss your next steps and check in on your future commitment


  • Unlimited email support accountability check-ins


Additional weeks: 1 week $100, 2 weeks $95ea, 3+ weeks $93ea

Includes weekly assessment of your food diary, changes in symptoms related to initial plan, diet and recipe suggestions, fitness and lifestyle recommendations,  and ongoing email support

3-6 month programs will include a second symptomatology analysis at the ½-¾ mark
